BLUEY CANDY LAND

As a longtime Bluey fan (thanks to my kids), I was thrilled to team up with the Ludo crew to bring the beloved Heeler family into the Candy Land universe! You can choose Bandit, Chilli, Bluey, Bingo, Muffin, or Socks and race the other players back to the Heeler home. The first one there wins a slice of Pavlova!

As the lead game designer on this project, I knew it was key to weave in elements of the Bluey show. During our Funlab testing, two big hits emerged: the “Dance Mode” card, which lets you pick someone to jump up and dance (kids just want a reason to get up and move!), and the Magic Xylophone spaces, where you can freeze another player for a turn (Sorry Mom and Dad, you're going to be the likely target!). Candy Land and Bluey fans alike have been loving these new twists on the classic game!
