A Bold Redesign of a Classic Favorite:
I’m excited to share after 20 years our Hippos have received a major redesign! As the design lead on this project I obsessed over every detail and I’m excited for the world to experience it!

Never-Stop Chomping!: Our innovative design now features marbles that automatically funnel into a launching trough, ready to be catapulted back into the frenzy! More playing, less pause.

Easy-Peasy Setup and Storage: The hippo levers now fold forward, simplifying storage and eliminating the need for painful assembly, just lift the lever and start playing!

Playspace: We've finally brought the hippos to the watering hole! It makes every game feel like a safari adventure. It’s bright, it’s bold, and oh-so-Hippo!

What isn’t visible to the consumer is just as impactful. By adjusting the lever design, we dramatically improved shipping efficiency, moving from a 2-pack to a 4-pack master carton. That change led to significant cost savings that allowed us to invest more into the product itself without increasing price.

The result is a brighter, smarter, and more space-efficient take on a timeless classic.
